About Me
I remember years ago when at 27, I first came to awareness
that my life was about serving others. It was as if a light
went off in my head, and I knew what path I was to walk. I
began by finding out about myself in Therapy. Four and a
half years of introspection before I felt I was conscious
enough to begin my own Journey. I was a better mother, wife,
daughter, sister, and friend, because of that work.
For Forty years since then I have been in service to others.
I started counseling people in groups first. Teens were my
choice, for I felt they all needed direction and help. It
was a wonderful experience. From there I began to work in
relationships and family dynamics. I did this work for
twenty years when I realized that there was more to healing
a person than just working on their minds. I became a
Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, using that modality to
help people make changes in their lives. I taught
Meditation, Visualization, Became a Practitioner in the
Church of Religious Science.
I studied with some wonderful teachers throughout the years.
Including Buckminster Fuller,Peggy Bassett, Judith Reitz,
Doreen Virtue, Jean Houston,Terri Cole Whittaker, Shakti
Gawain, Kathryn Landers Vanvectin, Diane Schewmaker, and
many, many more. I have continued my search for truth
throughout most of my adult life and will continue to allow
spirit to guide me on my path.
I felt a calling to do healing work and was drawn to Reiki.
I became a practitioner, thinking I would never want to
teach. However as time passed I knew I wanted to step up and
become a teacher. After three years of Study with a
wonderful Reiki Master (Kathryn Landers Vanvectin), I became
a Reiki Master Teacher. While teaching I realized that the
energy itself was helping me grow personally as I would use
it to heal others.
I learned and mastered many modalities of Reiki, including,
Magnified Healing, Lightarian Reiki, SSR Reiki, Karuna
Reiki, and many others, so that when someone came to me to
learn Reiki, I would have the attunement to give in which
ever Reiki modality they wished. I studied Astrology for
many years, Aura Soma for five years with wonderful teachers
learning about color and how it affects our life experience.
Still, I felt that I did not have enough information to
facilitate a complete healing.
About two years ago I learned a fairly new modality Quantum
Touch and have found it to be one of the most satisfying of
all the energy techniques that I use. I also learned Eric
Pearl's Reconnective Healing, and The Reconnection. As time
passed I realized that if you set an intention to send
healing energy to someone, it will go there with or without
your presence. Healing always takes place if the person
receiving it is willing to allow the healing. That does not
mean that people want to be ill, it means that the soul
knows why we are ill and whether or not we need the illness
for lessons it is teaching us. The healing still takes
place, perhaps at a level we do not understand but it does
take place.
Then a wonderful thing happened, one of my dearest friends
told me about Human Design, she suggested that I have a
chart analysis done. She explained to me that it was as if
she had been given a manual to run her life by. That of
course intrigued Me, so I called made an appointment and had
the body graph done and made an appointment to have an
analysis of that body graph. It was the most exciting thing
that I ever experienced in all of my years of study. It was
the first time that someone had actually seen who I really
was. The information I got that day set me free, free from
the past and all of the things I did not understand in my
life and helped me see my whole life with a new clarity. It
also gave me a strategy to live by, so that I could make
choices and decisions in the right way. It also created a
thirst for more knowledge about this incredible system.
I found a wonderful teacher, Karen Curry, who was a Student
of Ra, the person who brought the system to light. It became
the journey of my life. I studied and will continue to study
this system for the rest of my life. I feel I have something
to offer people that will truly help them to live the life
they are designed to live. To see their uniqueness, enter
into relationships in the proper way, find the work or
career they are best suited for, become aware of their gifts
and talents, and find the purpose for their lives. I am
pleased and happy that I have the blueprint to the human
soul to share with people who ask for it.
